First of all, I am a chemist and a single mom recently turned problogger.
In the past 8 years I've been working on agricultural research but I cannot forget that the first two years of my working experience was spent inside a pharmaceutical lab. Mostly quality checking of the raw materials (both active and auxilliary) before they go into the production line and become dosage forms.
I was on board Ciba-Geigy (PharmaWorks) Phils. Inc. when it merged with Sandoz to what is now called Novartis.
Who would have thought that now I'll be blogging about the entire pharmaceutical business?
Here at The PharmVoice, I would like to keep the readers updated on patents, clinical trials of new (and old) drugs, about the research development as well as mergers and business stuff inside the pharmaceutical industry.
Whatever brought me here, I believe it's fate.
