Fodosine™ is a purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) inhibitor, currently under investigation for indications including T-cell leukaemia (T-ALL), cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
