One of the world's leading companies in dermatology, LEO Pharma, has been granted the exclusive worldwide rights to develop, manufacture, and commercialize a novel preclinical HDAC inhibitor - PXD118490 – for the treatment of psoriasis and other dermatological disorders.
This development was recently announced by CuraGen Corporation (Nasdaq: CRGN) and TopoTarget A/S (CPH: TOPO).
The terms of agreement include the following:
Between TopoTarget and LEO Pharma,
Between CuraGen and TopoTarget (existing terms of agreement),
