Fentanyl TAIFUN® is a fast-acting fentanyl formulation delivered using LAB International Inc. (TSE: LAB)’s TAIFUN® dry powder inhaler platform.
The company has recently announced the positive results from its open-label Phase IIb clinical trial of Fentanyl TAIFUN® which demonstrated successful dose titration resulting in effective control of breakthrough pain episodes.
The Fentanyl TAIFUN® doses used in the study have been highly tolerated in opioid tolerant cancer patients.
