ReBuilder Medical Technologies is taking their ReStore Energy drink to the next level of trials. They are currently looking for physicians and subjects to begin clinical trials of the nutritional supplement.
ReStore is an all-natural, sugar-free energy drink that has been previously successful in treating sub-clinical depression. However, one of the benefits was an increased boost in energy levels. It's uniqueness is that it is safe for diabetics.
"Diabetics often suffer from Vitamin B deficiencies, especially Vitamin
B12," said David Phillips, Ph.D., CEO of ReBuilder Medical Technologies,
Inc. "The ReStore Energy Drink(TM) has a full complement of B Vitamins to
support the health of a diabetic's nerve cells, and this results in better
communication between the brain and the voluntary muscles. By increasing
the efficiency of these connections, the patient receives more accurate
feedback from his extremities and an increase in muscle fiber recruitment,
so that it takes less energy to move. All this translates into better mood
and more energy."
Phillips estimates that 6% of the diabetic market is available to manufactures of this type of energy supplement which could translate into earnings of approx. $48M annually.
